He has previously held management positions in EQON, R. STAHL TRANBERG AS, and Emerson Automation Solutions, as well as roles in Roxar Flow Measurement AS and Statoil. Gregersen has an Executive MBA in strategic management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a master's degree in communication and signal processing from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
