Roger Hofseth
Roger Hofseth from Ellingsøy on Sunnmøre started with two empty hands, but with big thoughts about what he can achieve. Roger is currently CEO of the Hofseth International group, which has over 600 employees. The companies cover the entire value chain in the production of salmon fish in a short distance on Sunnmøre. Hofseth is Norway's largest processor of salmon, and has great ambitions for growth in farming with closed technology.
