Nina Møgster
Nina Møgster is general manager of Lingalaks AS in Hardanger. Lingalaks is a locally owned seafood company that covers almost the entire value chain. Møgster grew up in the industry in Austevoll and has a PhD in fisheries from the Norwegian Institute of Fisheries in Tromsø and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics. She has about 20 years' experience in the aquaculture industry and came from her job as general manager at Lerøy Sjøtroll.
