Kari Olli Helgesen
Kari Olli Helgesen is a researcher and works at the Veterinary Institute. She is currently working on the research project Hellus until 2026. This project will assess the effectiveness of control strategies against salmon lice in farms. She has extensive experience with salmon lice and did, among other things, a doctoral study on resistant salmon lice and had a postdoc position where she carried out further research on this at NMBU. It was also here that she received her education and doctorate in veterinary medicine.
