She is currently the chairperson of Norsal, Ocean Aquafarms, North Sea Rigs, All Ocean Services, and Mancorp. Heidi Baugstø has worked on projects in China for the past 18 years, including the development of Hex Box, an innovative Norwegian aquaculture facility in collaboration with the Chinese offshore company CIMC Raffles.
