Bernt Olav Røttingsnes
Bernt Olav Røttingsnes is the current general manager of Nordic Aquafarms and previously worked as general manager of Seagarden Group. He has a degree in civil economics from BI. One of Nordic Aquafarms' focus areas is Nordic Kingfish, where they produce yellowtail kingfish in land-based facilities. This is a species that is popular in other parts of the world with good growth and good FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), and is known for having good meat quality that can be used in sushi and as whole fillets.
